k no everyone knows muscle weighs more than fat! that’s why it’s dumb when people JUST focus on losing weight, because they could be much more slim & fit but gained a few pounds.

i love going to the nike outlet nearby for deals- just bought a couple new pairs of shorts and a new sports bra a few weeks ago! also bought a pair of the Gfit leggings from Gap on sale for $35 (normally 50!) that i just want to live in- working out or not. they are super comfy. its crazy though how expensive work-out clothing can be.

It is so refreshing to hear you say that you will never pay $100 for a lair of yoga pants! My entire gym wears lulu and they are nice but the price just makes me feel wrong!

I love your videos! But sometimes I feel like there should be more of them per week. I find myself falling off my healthy kick midway through the week and I don’t have that extra motivation that you give in the middle of the week when I need it the most. Is it possible to put up two or three videos per week instead of just one? I think it would help a lot of us out.

i swear by Champion brand, high intensity sports bras. the straps make it nice to fit just right for you. I do the same thing where I wear a size smaller so that nothing moves lol. I tend to stray away from the non-adjustable kinds because they stretch out of shape after 6 months of a lot of use…usually the bottom ribbing that goes around the rib cage and around your back stretches out and doesn’t fit the same…
