is a ligth weigth, thin fabric utilised a lot by Adidas and Nike (is not the one that is super shinny). is type of impermeable and its something like this:

It’s some sort of nylon shell fabric, possibly gore-tex. It need to be available at fabric stores that specialize in outdoor fabrics. Textile Outfitters is a Canadian firm that sells gore tex and similar outdoor fabrics.
